"Eric was my family's insurance agent, but when I moved away I had to switch to a different State Farm Insurance agent. This new agent was fine until a series of unfortunate events occurred in which my entire plan was falsely canceled without my knowledge or permission. When I found out 6 months later, the agency would not re-instate my plan and I had to sign up for a new plan that cost $800 per year more than I had been paying. When my family mentioned this to Eric he called me and asked what he could do to help.
