"Have been driving for 13 years, and Eric’s office is by far the best group of people I’ve ever dealt with. I use a different insurance broker every 2-3 months, and they always are shocked at how low my policy is. Have used ~9-10 other insurance agents throughout my life, and they’re all subpar in comparison. Eric even sent me a birthday card, no one’s ever done that. I had an issue with my policy going up, and the entire office did everything they could to lower my price. And my insurance broker told me I have the best policy he could find in the entire state. "Eric was my family's insurance agent, but when I moved away I had to switch to a different State Farm Insurance agent. This new agent was fine until a series of unfortunate events occurred in which my entire plan was falsely canceled without my knowledge or permission. When I found out 6 months later, the agency would not re-instate my plan and I had to sign up for a new plan that cost $800 per year more than I had been paying. When my family mentioned this to Eric he called me and asked what he could do to help.
